If you make a call using local access number, it can reduce the call rates up to 2 cents. Local number of each card will be different. These toll free numbers support the areas that is listed on web site only. If you are not the resident in those areas and you make a call to these local access numbers, you will have to pay more for long distance call to these local access numbers.
