Installation Instructions for DeeDial Application on Nokia
Before you start:
Make sure your phone is able to connect to the internet and allow software to be installed.
For Nokia Symbian OS
1) Installation Program
1. Go to menu “Web”
2. Type http://www.deedial.com/phoneapp/deedial.jar
3. Popup asks “Install DeeDial?” Select “YES”
4. Security warning ask “Application is un trust” Select “Continue”
5. Popup detail application Select “Continue”
6. Select “Phone memory”
7. Installation completed
2) Setup DeeDial Application
1. Go to menu “Installations”
2. Open “DeeDial” program
3. Select “Option”
4. Select “Setting”
5. Enter your mobile phone (08xxxxxxxx) and DeeDial Password
6. Set call scheme to “Call back” or “Call through”
7. Option “Save”
8. Exit to main menu
3) Make a call
1. Go to menu “Installations”
2. Open “Deedial” program
3. Enter your destination number or select from “Option” > “Add from Contacts”
4. Select “Option” Select “Dial”
Note:
1. The destination number must included Country code + Area code + Phone number.
(Example: call USA: 1-555-xxxxxxx)
2. Important for dial step: must open “Option” and select “Dial” only.
3. For Call Back Service the phone must connection internet (wifi, edge or gprs)
For Nokia Series 40
1) Installation Program
1. Go to menu “Web”
2. Type http://www.deedial.com/phoneapp/deedial.jar
3. Security warning ask “Application is not from trusted supplier. Continue anyway?” Select “Yes”
4. Popup asks “Open Application now?” Select “Yes”
2) Set up DeeDial Application (Continue from step 4)
5. Select “Option”
6. Select “Setting”
7. Enter your mobile phone (08xxxxxxxx) and DeeDial password
8. Set call scheme to “Call back” or “Call through”
9. Option “Save”
10 Set up completed
3) Make a call
1. Go to “Menu”
2. Select “Applications”
3. Open “Deedial” program
4. Enter your destination number or select from “Option” > “Add from Contacts”
5. Press “Dial button”
Note:
1. The destination number must included Country code + Area code + Phone number
(Example: call USA: 1-555-xxxxxxx)
2. For Call Back Service the phone must connection internet (Wifi, Edge or GPRS)
